Parish Council Meetings are held the first Tuesday in the month excluding August at the Village Institute, High Street, Crigglestone, WF4 3EB commencing at 6.45pm.

The Annual Parish Meeting must assemble annually between 1 March and 1 June (both inclusive), when parishioners are encouraged to attend to hear the Chairman's annual report.

The Annual Meeting of the Council, when the new Chairman is elected, is held on the first Tuesday in May.

Code of Conduct
Under the Localism Act 2011, the Parish Council has adopted a revised Code of Conduct to promote and maintain high standards of behaviour by its members and co-opted members whenever they conduct the business of the office to which they were elected or appointed, or where they claim to act or give the impression of acting as a representative of the Council. The latest Code was adopted on 4 December 2012.
